Hyros Pricing (2026): Plans, costs, and is it worth it?

Hyros doesn't publish prices. Here's how its revenue-based quote works, what the one plan includes, the guarantee, and what to ask on the call.

Most people searching for Hyros pricing want one number. Hyros deliberately doesn't give one.

Its pricing page says the price is sized to what it tracks for you, so it's quoted on a call, not shown in a table. That's frustrating if you're comparing tools, but it does follow a logic you can plan around.

In this guide, I'll walk through how the Hyros quote is built, what the single plan includes, how the guarantee is worded, what to ask before you sign, and how it compares with SourceLoop's published pricing.

How Hyros pricing works

When I opened the Hyros pricing page, there was no grid of plans. Instead there's a small configurator with two dropdowns: your business model and your monthly revenue.

The business model options are ecommerce, info marketing, call-based, SaaS and agency. Monthly revenue runs in bands from "less than 10k" up to "1M+".

Fill both in, and the price field still says "Quoted on your call." The configurator tells Hyros which band you're in; it doesn't show you a figure.

Hyros's pricing page: one plan, price quoted on a call.

Hyros's FAQ spells out the rule. Pricing "follows the revenue we track for you," and the exact price is quoted in the first few minutes of a setup call, before you commit.

What's included in the Hyros plan

Hyros sells a single plan, so there's nothing to compare between tiers. Here's what the pricing page lists, as of November 2026.

What the Hyros plan includes (November 2026)

The one-plan approach is simple, and it means you won't be upsold into a higher tier later. The trade-off is that you can't buy a smaller version of Hyros if you only need part of it.

How the Hyros quote is built.

What pushes a Hyros quote up

Because the price follows tracked revenue, the main driver is simply how big your business is. A store doing $500k a month will be quoted more than one doing $20k.

That has a side effect worth thinking about. As your revenue grows, your attribution bill grows with it, even if your ad spend and team stay the same.

The pricing page doesn't say how often the revenue band is reviewed, or whether there's a minimum term. Those are the two questions I'd ask first on the call.

The Hyros guarantee, in its own words

The guarantee is the most prominent thing on the pricing page. It appears as "your ads grow or you do not pay." The FAQ adds: "We guarantee better ad ROI," and if you're not satisfied, "you don't pay."

That's a strong promise, but it leaves a lot to define. Ask how "better ad ROI" is measured, over what period, and how you claim it.

What users say about Hyros and its price

There are very few public reviews of Hyros on G2 or Capterra, so weigh these as a small sample.

"They over promise and under deliver." (Source)
"They make set-up super difficult." (Source)

A review of a competing tool also mentions what one team paid for Hyros:

"It provides the same if not better attribution tracking as Hyros which we paid SIGNIFICANTLY more for." (Source)

Hyros points to its Trustpilot rating instead, which it shows as 4.9 out of 5 on the pricing page. The gap between that and the G2 sample is worth asking about in references.

Is Hyros worth it?

Hyros makes most sense for businesses selling high-ticket offers through ads, funnels and sales calls, where long attribution windows and getting sales data back into the ad platforms pay off quickly. Info-product and coaching businesses are its home turf.

It's harder to recommend if you want to compare costs before talking to anyone, or if your business grows revenue faster than ad spend. In both cases, a tool with published, usage-based pricing will be easier to budget.

SourceLoop as a Hyros alternative

Hyros is strongest for info products, coaching and other high-ticket offers sold through funnels and sales calls, and its setup team does most of the work for you. If that's your business and you're happy with revenue-based pricing, it's a reasonable buy.

SourceLoop is a lead source and marketing attribution tracking tool for businesses whose sale starts as a lead: lead generation companies, agencies and SaaS teams. It captures forms, calls and bookings, keeps the source on each lead, and sends the leads that turned into money back to the ad platforms. It doesn't include a done-for-you setup team, and it isn't built for Shopify stores.

What you get

Here's what covers the same ground as Hyros's tracking and ad data.

Hyros vs SourceLoop pricing

The biggest difference is what each price is tied to.

Say your business does $150,000 a month in sales from 90,000 page views. On SourceLoop that's the Professional plan at $99 a month whether sales double or halve. Hyros would quote on the revenue it tracks, so the figure is set on the call and will move as revenue moves.

Frequently asked questions

  1. How much does Hyros cost?

Hyros doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page says the price follows the revenue Hyros tracks for you, and it's quoted on a 15-minute setup call before you commit.

  2. Does Hyros have different plans?

No. Hyros sells one plan with no tiers or add-ons. It includes the setup team, an AI analyst, full tracking and AI ad data, and a Claude MCP interface.

  3. Does Hyros offer a free trial?

Hyros doesn't advertise a free trial. It offers a setup call and a guarantee that says "your ads grow or you do not pay."

  4. What is the Hyros guarantee?

Hyros's pricing FAQ says it guarantees better ad ROI and that you don't pay if you're not satisfied. Ask how ROI is measured and over what period before you sign.

  5. Why does Hyros pricing depend on revenue?

Hyros sizes the price to the revenue it tracks for you, so larger businesses pay more. That means your bill can grow as your revenue grows, even if ad spend doesn't.

  6. What's a cheaper alternative to Hyros?

SourceLoop publishes its pricing: $49 a month to start, and $99 a month for conversion sync and CRM sync. It meters page views, so the bill doesn't rise with your revenue. Hyros is still worth a call if you sell high-ticket offers and want a done-for-you setup team.
