Help build the attribution platform marketers actually trust
Small team. Real ownership. Customers who feel the product the
day after we ship. We're hiring across engineering, design,
marketing, and customer success.
We default to building over debating. A working v1 in production teaches us more than a perfect spec, and our customers tell us faster than any internal review.
Stay close to the customer
Engineers run support shifts. Designers join sales calls. Marketers read churn surveys. Distance from the customer is the most expensive bug a SaaS company can have.
Bias for fewer, deeper bets
We do not chase every adjacent feature. Attribution is the loop, every roadmap decision asks if it makes the loop tighter, faster, or more honest.
High trust, low ceremony
Async by default, written-first decisions, async standups. We trust people to manage their own time and surface blockers when they hit them.
Open roles
A handful of seats. Each one works closely with the founder.
We're a small team. There's no committee design, no PM-product-eng triangle, no calendar tetris before a decision happens. Every role below reports directly to the founder for now, that's the whole point.

Senior Product Engineer (Full-Stack)
Build customer-facing features end-to-end, from data pipeline to UI. You'll own a feature area within your first month, ship to production every week, and pair with the founder on product calls.
Set the attribution data architecture for the next three years. Own the pipeline from event ingestion to identity resolution to channel rollups. You'll be the most senior data voice in the room from day one.
Architect ingest, identity, and rollup from scratch
Run paid, content, and lifecycle programs end-to-end. You'll dogfood SourceLoop on your own funnel, which is how the product actually gets better. The founder pairs with you weekly on growth reviews.
Capture and send full attribution data from every signup, lead, booking, and sale to your CRM and ad platforms, so you know exactly what's driving revenue.
