- Dreamdata vs SourceLoop pricing
Dreamdata is one of the few B2B attribution platforms you can start using without a sales call. That makes its pricing page more interesting than most, because the free plan is real.
The catch is the jump. Once you need full attribution, revenue reporting or more history, you move to a plan with no number on it.
In this guide, I'll break down what each plan includes, what pushes the Advanced quote up, and how it compares with SourceLoop's published plans.
Dreamdata pricing plans at a glance
Here's how Dreamdata's two plans compare, as of November 2026.
| Plan | Price | History | Seats | Attribution | How you start |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $0/mo | 2 months | 5 | Basic reporting | Self-serve, no card |
| Advanced | Custom quote | Custom | Custom | AI and custom models | Demo, then guided trial |

What you get on each plan
The two plans are built for very different stages, so it's worth looking at them one at a time.
1. Starter: $0 a month
When I signed up for the free plan, there was no credit card step and no sales call. You install the tracking script, connect a few sources, and the web analytics start filling in within a day.
The free plan covers more than I expected. It includes company identification, cookie and cookieless tracking, engagement scoring, an audience builder, an ad spend report and B2B benchmarks.
The limits are what shape your experience. You get 2 months of user history, 5 seats, 3 stage models, 2 notifications and 1 sync. Two months sounds fine until you try to explain a deal that started in spring and closed in autumn.
According to Dreamdata's FAQ, the free plan stays free until you go over the free monthly tracked user limit or choose to upgrade. The page doesn't state what that limit is.
2. Advanced: custom pricing
Advanced is where the attribution product actually lives. It adds AI and custom attribution models, revenue and content analytics, custom ROI and ROAS reporting, AI report summaries and advanced data controls.
It also comes with a lot of people. Dreamdata lists full onboarding, a dedicated customer success manager, a dedicated technical manager, solutions consulting and data science support. Event building, custom UTM mapping, custom data sources, multiple business units and SSO are included too.
You start with a demo and then a guided trial. There's no checkout and no published price.

What drives your Dreamdata quote
Three things decide where an Advanced quote lands.
- Monthly tracked users: Dreamdata defines MTUs as unique users tracked each month across your go-to-market assets, such as your website and marketing automation. More traffic and more contacts mean a bigger number.
- Add-ons: Activation (audiences, buyer targeting and sales notifications) is sold on top. So are the Dreamdata AI pieces: the Analytics Agent, the MCP server and the Data Warehouse add-on. SCIM provisioning is an add-on as well.
- Volumes and limits: history, seats and data volumes are set per customer rather than tiered, so two companies on "Advanced" can pay very different amounts.
The page doesn't list contract length or cancellation terms. Ask about both in the demo, along with whether onboarding is bundled into the first-year price.
What users say about Dreamdata's price and value
Reviews of Dreamdata rarely complain about the price itself. They talk more about how much work it takes to get value from it.
"Last but not least, it is extremely good value for what it does, how well it does it and for the amazing customer support that the company provides." (Source)
"It takes some time and effort to get all the data and systems in place, and for the whole company to adjust to the new benchmarks, but it’s worth it." (Source)
"Learning curve is rather steep in the first 1-2 months." (Source)
"If your CRM health is poor, then no magic will happen, but Dreamdata is very helpful at revealing the problems." (Source)
That last point matters for cost. If your CRM needs cleaning first, budget time for that before the quote starts paying for itself.
Is Dreamdata worth the price?
It depends on how your company sells.
Dreamdata is worth it for B2B SaaS teams with long, multi-person sales cycles, where seeing every contact at an account in one timeline changes how you plan budget. Its company identification and account journeys are things most lead-level tools don't try to do.
It's harder to justify if your leads are individuals rather than accounts, or if most deals come from calls and forms that close within weeks. In that case, you'd be paying for account intelligence you won't use.
SourceLoop as a Dreamdata alternative
Dreamdata's paid plan is built around accounts: every contact at a company, joined into one timeline. If that's the job, it's hard to beat, and the free Starter plan makes it easy to try.
SourceLoop is a lead source and marketing attribution tracking tool that works one level down, at the lead. It suits lead generation businesses, agencies and SaaS teams who want every form, call and booking tied to a campaign, then followed into the CRM until it becomes a deal. It doesn't identify companies from IP addresses or sell intent data, so ABM teams should keep Dreamdata on the list.
What you get
These are the parts of SourceLoop that overlap most with what people buy Dreamdata Advanced for.
- Revenue by channel: conversions, pipeline and revenue for every channel and campaign, with first touch and last touch side by side.

- Deals from the CRM: two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Jobber writes the source onto each record and reads stages and won deals back.

- Contacts, companies and deals in one report: switch the same report between leads, contacts by stage, companies by stage, deals and revenue.

- The path behind every lead: each visit, ad click and landing page before the conversion, kept on the contact.

- Seven attribution models: first and last touch, first and last non-direct, linear, U-shaped and time decay, switchable on any report.

- Lead quality rules: mark leads Good, Not a fit or Spam from form answers, email domain or meetings booked, so pipeline reports skip the noise.

- Conversion sync: good leads and won deals go to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and ChatGPT Ads with their value. LinkedIn is coming soon.

- API and MCP: query attribution and deals from your own tools or an AI assistant, on Professional and up.

SourceLoop pricing in detail
Every price is on the website, and you can start without a call.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly | Websites | Users | Page views a month | What the plan adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Essential | $49 | $37/mo | 1 | 1 | 30,000 | Tracking, attribution reports, lead quality rules, alerts |
| Professional | $99 | $74/mo | 1 | Unlimited | 100,000 | CRM sync, conversion sync to the ad platforms, API, MCP |
| Agency | $249 | $187/mo | 3 | Unlimited | 1.5 million | White label reporting |
Conversions are unlimited on every plan. Extra websites cost $19 a month each, data is kept for 12 months on Essential and without limit above it, and there's a 7-day trial.
Dreamdata vs SourceLoop pricing
The two price on very different things, which matters more than the entry figure.
| Pricing question | Dreamdata | SourceLoop |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Free Starter plan, then Advanced quoted after a demo | Three published plans |
| Entry price | $0 for Starter; Advanced has no listed price | $49 a month |
| What the price follows | Monthly tracked users, plus add-ons | Page views; conversions are unlimited |
| Deal attribution | Advanced plan | Professional plan, $99 a month |
| Trial | Free plan, and a guided Advanced trial after a demo | 7-day trial |
| Setup | Self-serve Starter; guided onboarding on Advanced | Self-serve, usually the same day |
Take a B2B team with 80,000 page views a month that wants deal attribution from HubSpot. On SourceLoop that's the Professional plan: $99 a month, or $888 a year billed yearly, with every lead and deal counted. Dreamdata Advanced is quoted on tracked users and add-ons, so the only way to compare is to get that quote and set it against the figure above.

An MTU is a monthly tracked user: a unique user tracked in a month across your go-to-market assets, such as your website and marketing automation system. Dreamdata uses it to set volumes and pricing.

Yes. Dreamdata offers a guided free trial of the Advanced plan after a demo. The Starter plan itself doubles as a self-serve way to try the product.
-

Activation adds audience activation, buyer targeting and sales notifications. The Dreamdata AI add-ons include an Analytics Agent, an MCP server for connecting Dreamdata to AI assistants, and a Data Warehouse add-on.
-
Is there a cheaper alternative to Dreamdata?
SourceLoop publishes its prices: $49 a month for tracking and attribution reports, and $99 a month once you need CRM deal attribution and conversion sync. It meters page views, so the bill doesn't grow with the number of people you track. Dreamdata is still the better fit if account-level ABM reporting is the main job.
