WhatConverts Pricing (2026): Plans, costs, and is it worth it?
WhatConverts runs $30 to $160/mo for one account and $500 to $1,250 for agencies, plus usage. See what each plan adds and how overages work.
Table of contents
WhatConverts publishes its prices, offers a free trial on every plan, and makes it easy to start. The part that takes a minute to understand is the word next to every price: usage.
Each plan comes with a usage credit. Go past it, with more tracking numbers, more call minutes or more form leads, and the extra is billed at fixed rates.
In this guide, I'll go through every single-account and agency plan, what each one adds, and how the usage charges work so your bill doesn't surprise you.
WhatConverts single-account plans
These are the plans for a business tracking its own marketing, as of November 2026.
| Plan | Price | Usage credit | Tracks | Adds |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Call Tracking | $30/mo | $30 | Calls and texts | Dynamic numbers, recording, transcripts, API |
| Plus | $60/mo | $30 | Calls, forms, chat, transactions | Campaign and keyword reports, Google Ads, Bing and GA integrations |
| Pro | $100/mo | $30 | Same as Plus | Call flows, report builder, scheduled reports, HIPAA |
| Elite | $160/mo | $30 | Same as Plus | Customer journey, multi-click attribution, pages visited, lead intelligence |

When I started the trial, the usage credit was the first thing worth understanding. WhatConverts estimates the $30 credit covers up to 148 phone call leads on any single-account plan, and the paid plans above Call Tracking include up to 300 forms, chats and transactions.
Most of the difference between tiers is features, not volume. Plus is where forms and chat join calls, Pro adds reporting and HIPAA, and Elite adds journeys and lead qualification.

WhatConverts agency plans
Agency plans cover unlimited client accounts with bigger credits.
| Plan | Price | Usage credit | Phone call leads | Forms, chats and transactions | Accounts |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Agency Plus | $500/mo | $250 | Up to 1,908 | Up to 2,500 | Unlimited |
| Agency Pro | $800/mo | $300 | Up to 2,325 | Up to 3,000 | Unlimited |
| Agency Elite | $1,250/mo | $400 | Up to 3,158 | Up to 4,000 | Unlimited |
The agency feature sets mirror the single-account plans: Agency Plus matches Plus with agency reporting and API access, while Agency Pro and Agency Elite match Pro and Elite. Usage rates are a little lower on agency plans, too.
How WhatConverts usage charges work
Here are the rates you pay beyond the included credit, for US tracking.
| Item | Single-account plans | Agency plans |
|---|---|---|
| Extra local number | $2.50 each | $1.75 each |
| Local call minute | 4.5¢ | 4¢ |
| Extra toll-free number | $3.50 each | $3.00 each |
| Toll-free call minute | 6.5¢ | 6¢ |
| Form, chat or transaction lead | 10¢ each | 10¢ each (Agency Plus and Pro) |
| Call transcription | 2¢ a minute | 2¢ a minute |
| Text message | 3¢ each | 3¢ each |
| White label | +$50/mo | +$50/mo |
Three things tend to move a bill:
- Dynamic number pools: keyword-level tracking needs a pool of numbers, and each number beyond what the credit covers adds a monthly fee. Our guide to keyword-level call tracking explains why pools grow with traffic.
- Toll-free numbers: they cost more per number and per minute than local ones.
- Transcription: at 2¢ a minute, it adds up for businesses with long calls.
The pricing page doesn't mention contract terms or an annual discount, so plans appear to be month to month.
What users say about WhatConverts' price
Most reviews call WhatConverts good value. The criticism focuses on the top plan.
"I could not be happier with our experience using this tool, setting it up, the cost is so reasonable and the value is exceptional." (Source)
"We moved over from another CALL tracking service after we realized their requirements to do keyword level tracking would be cost prohibitive." (Source)
"I feel like they purposely undermine the tool’s capabilities so you’ll subscribe to the lead intelligence plan, which is overwhelmingly expensive." (Source)
"I wish there was a way to get more granular with the actual conversion cost." (Source)
Which WhatConverts plan is worth it?
For a local business that mostly gets calls, Call Tracking or Plus is usually enough. Plus is the better buy once web forms and chat matter, since $30 more gets them into the same lead log.
Elite is worth it only if you'll use journeys and lead qualification rules. Agencies with five or more active clients will usually come out ahead on an agency plan, given the unlimited accounts and lower usage rates.
SourceLoop as a WhatConverts alternative
SourceLoop is a lead source and marketing attribution tracking tool, priced without usage charges. It suits lead generation businesses and agencies whose leads come through forms, chats and bookings as much as calls, and who want each lead followed into the CRM.
It doesn't issue phone numbers. Calls come in through CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, Invoca or Mediahawk and are tied to the visit that produced them. If you only need call tracking numbers and a call log, WhatConverts' $30 plan is hard to beat, and SourceLoop isn't trying to replace that.
What SourceLoop includes
These are the features that line up with WhatConverts' plans, along with the parts its usage model doesn't cover.
- Forms, chats and bookings with their source: around 70 form, chat and booking tools are captured automatically, with no per-form tagging and no per-lead charge.

- Lead quality templates: ready rules flag job seekers, sales pitches and throwaway emails, and count answered calls over 60 seconds as good.

- Journeys on every plan: each visit, ad click and landing page before the conversion is kept on the lead, which WhatConverts keeps for its Elite plan.

- Leads and revenue by channel: conversions and revenue by channel, with first and last touch next to each other and seven models to switch between.

- Ad spend next to cost per lead: spend and platform-reported conversions beside what SourceLoop credits each ad platform, so cost per qualified lead is one screen away.

- Conversion sync with value: good leads and won deals go to Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and ChatGPT Ads on Professional, so campaigns learn from qualified leads.

- Agency clients view: every client’s visitors, leads, good-lead rate, cost per lead and revenue in one table on the Agency plan.

- White label included: your logo, colors and share domain on reports, exports and Slack alerts on the Agency plan, with no separate monthly add-on.

- Lead alerts: post new leads or high-value leads to a client’s Slack channel or email the moment they arrive.

SourceLoop pricing
Plans are flat and published. The meter is page views, and leads are never billed individually.
