Factors.ai publishes all four of its prices, which already puts it ahead of many B2B tools. The interesting part is the shape of the ladder.

Lite is a monthly, self-serve plan. Everything above it is annual and sold through a demo, and the first step up nearly triples the yearly cost.

In this guide, I'll go through what each tier includes, the limits that push you up a tier, and how its cost compares with SourceLoop for teams that mainly need attribution.

Here's how the four tiers compare, as of November 2026.

What each Factors.ai tier includes

Each tier builds on the one before, so it helps to know what you're actually buying at each step.

1. Lite: $199 a month

Lite is the only plan you can start on your own. When I signed up, the trial didn't ask for a card, and the setup amounted to adding a script and waiting for traffic.

It covers company identification for website visitors, website traffic analysis and Slack or Microsoft Teams alerts. Limits are 5,000 monthly tracked users, 1,500 identified companies a month, 3 seats and 5 segments.

It's a good way to see whether identification is useful for your traffic. It isn't an attribution product yet: there's no CRM sync on Lite.

2. Basic: $6,000 a year

Basic is where Factors connects to the rest of your stack. It adds CRM sync, firmographic and behavioral segmentation, LinkedIn Ads influence reporting, rule-based alerts and workflows, and up to 50 reports.

Limits double to 10,000 tracked users and 3,000 identified companies a month, with 5 seats. Factors claims it identifies over 75% of visiting companies at this level.

3. Growth: $20,000 a year

Growth is the full account-based analytics tier. It adds buyer journey visibility, custom account scoring and engagement tracking, G2 impact analysis, AI-driven alerts and workflows, and advanced ABM analytics.

It allows 50,000 tracked users, 8,000 identified companies a month and 10 seats.

4. Enterprise: from $30,000 a year

Enterprise adds predictive account scoring, LinkedIn Ads impression control and conversion feedback, audience sync to Google and LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads enhanced conversions, buyer-stage analysis, and combined first, second and third-party intent data.

It raises tracked users to 100,000 a month, with custom identification limits and 25 seats.

What drives your Factors.ai cost

Three meters decide which tier you land on, and they don't always move together.

  • Monthly tracked users: a busy content site can outgrow Lite's 5,000 users quickly, even if it's a small team.
  • Companies identified: if most of your traffic is from businesses, you'll hit the identification cap before the user cap.
  • Features, not just volume: CRM sync starts on Basic and intent data on Enterprise, so needing one feature can force a tier change on its own.

Two other costs are worth asking about. GTM Engineering services, which build workflows with tools like Clay, n8n and Make, are a paid add-on with custom quotes. And the pricing page doesn't state contract length or cancellation terms for the annual tiers.

The jump from Lite to Basic

Lite at $199 a month adds up to $2,388 a year. Basic is $6,000 a year, so moving up costs about 2.5 times as much.

What you get for that is mainly CRM sync, segmentation and LinkedIn Ads reporting. If your goal is to see accounts inside your CRM, Lite won't get you there, and the real starting price for that job is $6,000.

What users say about Factors.ai's price

Price comes up in Factors reviews in both directions.

"Factors provides comprehensive unsampled website analytics at scale (~45mn events a month) with great value for money." (Source)
"Affordable yet powerful- definitely a go-to alternative to all the expensive product analytics tools out there." (Source)
"Some website visitors don't get matched to a company, especially smaller companies. Pricing can also go up as usage grows." (Source)
"The UI takes longer to learn than it should." (Source)

Is Factors.ai worth the price?

Factors is worth it for B2B teams that sell to companies, run LinkedIn Ads and want to know which accounts are warming up before anyone fills in a form. At Basic and above, the account timelines and LinkedIn reporting are hard to replicate cheaply.

It's harder to justify if many of your leads are small businesses or consumers, since identification works best on corporate traffic. In that case, a lot of what you pay for won't match.

SourceLoop as a Factors.ai alternative

If what you want from Factors is "which campaigns turned into pipeline", rather than "which companies are browsing", SourceLoop does that job for much less. It's a lead source and marketing attribution tracking tool built for lead generation businesses, agencies and SaaS teams.

It works from known people. Every visit is tracked, the lead is captured when someone fills in a form, books a meeting or calls, and company views are built from email domains and your CRM. There's no IP-based company identification and no intent data, so if spotting anonymous accounts is the reason you're looking at Factors, Factors is still the better fit.

What SourceLoop includes

These are the parts that overlap with what B2B teams usually buy Factors for, plus a few it doesn't cover.

  • Channel and campaign attribution: conversions, pipeline and revenue by channel, with first and last touch side by side, so you can see what opens deals and what closes them.

  • Company and deal outcomes: switch any report from leads to contacts by stage, companies by stage, deals or revenue, without building a separate account report.

  • Journeys on every lead: each visit, ad click and landing page before the conversion stays on the contact, so sales can see how a buyer found you.

  • CRM sync on Professional: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Jobber get first and last touch fields on every record, and stages and won deals come back for reporting.

  • Ad spend beside credited results: spend and platform-reported conversions sit next to what SourceLoop credits each ad platform, which keeps LinkedIn and Google numbers honest.

  • Lead quality rules: mark leads Good, Not a fit or Spam from form answers or email domain, so personal Gmail signups and job seekers don’t inflate pipeline.

  • Alerts to Slack or email: post a message when a high-value lead or a new opportunity arrives, with the source attached.

SourceLoop pricing

SourceLoop publishes every plan. The meter is page views, and conversions are unlimited on all of them, so a good month for leads doesn't raise the bill.

Factors.ai vs SourceLoop pricing

The two tools charge for different things, which explains most of the gap.

For a team that mainly needs attribution in the CRM, that's $6,000 a year on Factors Basic against $888 to $1,188 a year on SourceLoop Professional. What the extra money buys on Factors is company identification, account scoring and LinkedIn reporting, so the right choice depends on whether you need those or just need to know which campaigns produced deals.
