- Wicked Reports vs SourceLoop pricing
Wicked Reports is unusually open about pricing for an attribution tool. Every plan has a number on it, for every revenue level up to $50 million.
The twist is that the number moves. Your price depends on how much revenue your business made over the last 12 months, so the same plan costs very different amounts for different brands.
In this guide, I'll lay out every revenue band, what each plan adds, how the add-ons work, how to tell whether you're paying for more than you need, and how SourceLoop compares.
How Wicked Reports pricing works
When I opened the pricing page, the plans were shown for the smallest band: up to $2.5 million in annual revenue. Above them sits a slider labeled "Select your Annual Revenue."
Drag it to the right and all three prices climb together. At the top band, $40 to $50 million, the cheapest plan costs six times what it did at the bottom.
Wicked's FAQ explains the rule. Your band is based on the last 12 months of gross revenue, and if you grow into a new band, the price updates at your next renewal.

| Over $50M | Enterprise, from $4,999 | Enterprise, from $4,999 | Enterprise, from $4,999 |

What each plan adds
The three plans stack on each other, so the question is how far up you need to go.
1. Measure
Measure covers the core of what Wicked is known for: FunnelVision's pre-built views, cohort and LTV reports, lifetime lookback and lookforward windows, and the standard ad platform, cart and CRM integrations.
For a single-store brand that mostly wants to see which campaigns bring customers who keep buying, this is the plan to start with.
2. Scale
Scale adds API integrations for your CRM and cart, an outbound API, currency conversion and international time-zone data loading. It's $200 a month more than Measure in every band.
You need it if you sell in several currencies or regions, or if your cart or CRM isn't covered by the standard integrations.
3. Maximize
Maximize adds 5 Forces AI, Advanced Signal (Meta's conversion API), custom conversions and an Amazon revenue integration.
It's the plan to look at if Amazon is a real revenue channel, or if you want Wicked feeding conversion data back to Meta.
4. Enterprise
Enterprise starts at $4,999 and is aimed at brands over $50 million. It adds priority support and implementation, enterprise terms, security reviews, dedicated servers and a custom SLA.
Add-ons, and when Maximize is cheaper
On Measure and Scale, two of Maximize's features are sold as add-ons:
- Advanced Signal (Meta CAPI): $199 a month.
- 5 Forces AI: $199 a month.
Wicked's own FAQ does the math. In the first band, Scale plus both add-ons is $1,097 a month, while Maximize is $999 and also includes custom conversions and Amazon. If you'd buy both add-ons, Maximize is the better deal.
Terms worth knowing before you sign
A few rules on the pricing page affect what you'll actually pay over time.
- Band changes: growing into a new band raises your price at the next renewal, not mid-term.
- Tier changes: you can upgrade or downgrade at any time, effective from the next billing cycle.
- The 3x guarantee: Wicked's homepage promises "Three times your subscription in logged decisions within 90 days, or it is free until you get there." Ask how a "logged decision" is valued.
- Not stated: the pricing page doesn't mention onboarding fees or minimum contract length, so confirm both.
What users say about Wicked Reports
Most public reviews of Wicked Reports date from 2022 and focus on the product, not the price. They're still useful for judging whether the plan you pick will earn its keep.
"I really like that you can track longer than the standard 7 to 30 day attribution options available in the marketing channels." (Source)
"We also have a longer sales cycle so we can track our users longer than the ad platforms can." (Source)
"Occasionally, we have issues having our data processed in a timely fashion." (Source)
Wicked isn't listed on Capterra, so there's no second review source to compare.
Is Wicked Reports worth the price?
For ecommerce and subscription brands where repeat purchases make up much of revenue, the LTV and cohort reports are the reason to pay. Revenue-based pricing also means a small brand isn't charged enterprise rates.
The flip side is that your attribution bill rises with your revenue, even if you aren't spending more on ads. A brand that grows from $4 million to $6 million moves from $799 to $1,000 on Measure without changing anything else.
SourceLoop as a Wicked Reports alternative
Wicked earns its price for ecommerce and repeat-purchase brands, where cart integrations, Amazon revenue and long lookback windows matter. SourceLoop isn't a Shopify tool, so those brands should stay with Wicked or a dedicated ecommerce platform.
SourceLoop is a first-party marketing attribution and measurement tool for subscription SaaS, lead generation businesses and agencies. It answers the same lifetime value question for businesses billed through Stripe or Paddle, and for leads that close in a CRM, without tying the bill to your revenue.
What you get
These are the features closest to the reason people pay for Wicked.
- Lifetime value by acquisition cohort: paying customers, LTV and cumulative revenue by month of first payment, so you can see which channels bring customers who stay.

- Subscriptions and MRR by channel: new MRR, churn and trial MRR credited to the channel that won each customer, under first and last touch.

- Payments from your billing tool: Stripe, Paddle, Polar, Lemon Squeezy and Dodo connect by webhook, and every payment, renewal and refund becomes dated revenue.

- Revenue by channel and model: revenue for every channel and campaign under seven models, from first touch to time decay.

- Ad spend beside credited revenue: spend and platform ROAS next to the revenue SourceLoop credits to Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft Ads.

- The journey behind each customer: every visit and ad click before the signup, trial or purchase.

- Conversion sync: trials, payments and won deals go back to the ad platforms with their value.

- Reports you can hand over: build a revenue report once, share it as a live link, or export it to PDF or PowerPoint.
